Job summary

EPS Consultants in Malaysia is seeking an experienced ERP Lead to own the Epicor deployment across six factories, including the Classic-to-Kinetic UI migration, ensuring timely, cost-effective execution and clear executive updates.

You will partner with operations to standardize processes, manage the ERP budget, and lead a site super-user network while delivering training, governance, and ongoing improvements across all sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent ERP experience.
• 5+ years managing ERP in a manufacturing environment, including 2+ years leading people or cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading at least one full ERP implementation, major version upgrade, or UI migration through go-live and stabilization.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and REST API-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and upgrade of Epicor ERP across six factories, including UI migration.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and executive status reports.
• Define and drive the long-term ERP roadmap with opportunities for enhancements, modules, and integrations.
• Partner with operations to standardize processes across the six plants.
• Manage ERP team and vendor relationships; oversee contracts and SOWs.
• Oversee environment strategy, change control, and data governance within ERP.
