Job summary

MST Golf Group, a leading golf retailer in Southeast Asia, is seeking a System Support Executive/System Analyst to maintain and enhance business applications and IT systems across its Malaysia operations. You will troubleshoot issues, support ERP and warehouse systems, manage data and interfaces, and assist end users with training and process improvements.

Responsibilities include testing upgrades, maintaining documentation, coordinating with vendors, and supporting UAT and post-implementation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in system support, application support, IT operations, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, and databases.
• Experience with SQL Server, reporting tools, system integrations, and the applications listed above will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL queries.
• Experience supporting ERP and business applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Eager to learn new technologies and business systems.

Responsibilities

• System Support & Troubleshooting: provide first and second-level support for business applications and systems.
• Application Support: support ERP and business applications including NetSuite ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, RMS, GudangSys WMS, and other systems.
• Database & Technical Support: execute basic SQL queries, data validation, reporting, and monitor integrations.
• User Administration & Support: create accounts, provide user training, manage tickets, and coordinate with vendors.
