Job summary

Tatawa Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT professional to develop, maintain and support IT systems and ERP projects across the organization. The role covers troubleshooting, network administration, and coordinating with suppliers for hardware and software maintenance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or degree in IT with at least one year of ERP-related experience, including knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS and Crystal Reports.

Qualifications

• Possess at least Diploma or Degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in IT or ERP related field.
• ERP background including manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL database, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Domain, Hyper-V Server, Microsoft Windows Server, HTML, Java, C language.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Microsoft SQL Database.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and support optimal performance and control security of information technology systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting on IT related issues including networking, hardware, application software and office equipment.
• Handle the ERP Project and coordinate with suppliers to solve problems encountered.
• Administrate office network infrastructure, firewalls, WIFI, database and email accounts.
• Liaise with external suppliers for repair of equipment under warranty and purchasing computer equipment or maintenance contracts.
• Assist with and provide support and troubleshooting for server hardware.
• Check the network runs smoothly daily for all departments.
• Set up, maintain and remove user network accounts where appropriate.
• Update software license listing and review and update company website.
