Job summary

Chin Hin Group is seeking a System Support Analyst in Malaysia to provide technical and functional support for internal systems including ERP and manufacturing applications. You will troubleshoot issues, assist users, maintain configurations and coordinate with teams or vendors to resolve problems.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work with Finance, Operations, Warehouse and Manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/BIS or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of system support or ERP support experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are essential.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical users.
• Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of data flows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for ERP and manufacturing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues and data inconsistencies reported by users.
• Assist users with application usage and troubleshooting across departments.
• Escalate complex issues to developers or vendors when needed.
• Support system maintenance, upgrades, testing and documentation.
