Kingdee International Software Group (H.K.) Ltd is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Malaysia to work with clients through the ERP implementation lifecycle. You will guide business objectives, support project delivery, train end users, and create manuals for ongoing maintenance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of ERP experience, with Mandarin and English fluency. Collaboration with R&D for customized development is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, HR, IT, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in ERP implementation.
• Ability to write functional specifications and troubleshoot system issues.
• Familiar with core ERP modules; process analysis, blueprint design, system config, go-live, BI reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with clients to provide professional guidance and ensure alignment with business objectives throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the successful delivery of ERP projects, including business process analysis, blueprint design, system configuration, go-live deployment, documentation, and BI report development.
• Develop user-friendly operation manuals, conduct end-user training sessions, and provide ongoing system maintenance and support.
• Prepare functional specification documents for customized development requirements; coordinate with R&D to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Educación
