Job summary

Kingdee International Software Group (H.K.) Ltd is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Malaysia to work with clients through the ERP implementation lifecycle. You will guide business objectives, support project delivery, train end users, and create manuals for ongoing maintenance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of ERP experience, with Mandarin and English fluency. Collaboration with R&D for customized development is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, HR, IT, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in ERP implementation.
• Ability to write functional specifications and troubleshoot system issues.
• Familiar with core ERP modules; process analysis, blueprint design, system config, go-live, BI reporting.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

3. Develop user-friendly operation manuals, conduct end-user training sessions, and provide ongoing system maintenance and support. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve various system-related issues.
4. Prepare functional specification documents for customized development requirements. Coordinate with the R&D team to ensure that all custom development tasks are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, HR, IT, Business, or related field.

2.Experience: 2+ years in ERP implementation.

3.Technical Skills: Familiar with core ERP modules ; capable of process analysis, blueprint design, system config, go-live, and BI reporting; able to write functional specs and troubleshoot system issues.

4.Communication Skills: Strong client-facing communication; able to create user manuals and conduct end-user training.

5.Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (working proficiency).
