Job summary

IDCP Systems in Malaysia is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to drive project delivery and ensure successful deployments. You will lead end‑to‑end ERP projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and oversee data migration, UAT and training to ensure a smooth production cutover.

The role requires 3–5 years in ERP or software implementation, strong understanding of ERP/POS/accounting systems, and excellent communication to explain system functionalities to users.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ERP/software implementation, SaaS or tech consulting.
• Understanding of ERP, POS and accounting systems.
• Able to explain system functionalities to users clearly.
• Experience with the full implementation lifecycle and project management.
• Fast learner with strong time management and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, developers and internal teams on scope and priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from project kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risks to ensure on-time and in-scope delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to align scope, priorities, and execution.
• Oversee system setup, data migration, environment readiness, and deployment activities.
• Plan and facilitate UAT, user training, and cutover activities, ensuring smooth transition to production.
• Monitor issues, proactively elevate risks, and drive resolution to maintain project momentum.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP/software implementation, SaaS, or technology consulting roles.
