Qualifications

• IT software sales experience, ERP/HRMS/SaaS or business solutions preferred.
• Strong understanding of business management systems and digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven sales mindset.
• Ability to engage with business owners and management-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP and HRMS solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with potential clients.
• Understand client business processes and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and manage sales pipeline activities.
• Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reporting.
