Job summary

Hong Kong Unison Limited is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end Microsoft ERP implementation projects in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires hands-on delivery leadership across ERP programs, stakeholder engagement, and governance to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks and budgets, coordinates onshore and offshore delivery resources, and partner with clients to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project delivery experience with at least 5 years in a Delivery Lead/Project Manager role.
• Hands-on delivery of Microsoft ERP solutions (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or related).
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for ERP implementations.
• Manage project planning, risks, budgets, resources, and client communications.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Establish and enforce delivery governance and stakeholder engagement across the program.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing ERP programs, stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, and cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT project delivery experience with at least 5 years in a Delivery Lead/Project Manager role.
• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft ERP solutions (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or related ERP platforms).
• Good understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.
