Job summary

Agrocorp International is implementing a state‑of‑the‑art ERP using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across manufacturing, finance, inventory and supply chain. The Senior D365 BC Functional Consultant will lead functional delivery, requirements gathering, gap analysis and design, ensuring BC configurations align with business processes.

The role requires strong BC experience across manufacturing modules, cost accounting, and integrations, with a track record of end‑to‑end ERP projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years ERP/BC functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on BC experience in Manufacturing, Finance, Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement and SCM.
• Experience delivering or supporting end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Translate operational requirements into BC configurations.
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple ERP priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BC implementation from requirements through go-live and support.
• Conduct workshops, gap-fit analysis and requirements gathering.
• Translate business needs into effective BC configurations across manufacturing and finance.
• Configure modules: Manufacturing, MRP/MPS, BOMs, Routings, Work Centres, Capacity Planning, Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, Finance integration, Costing.
• Support production processes, costing, variances and inventory movements.
• Ensure ERP processes reflect actual workflows from raw materials to finished goods.
• Coordinate with SI, vendors and external consultants.
• Develop functional docs, SOPs, training materials and user guides.
• Lead or support UAT, testing and deployment.
