Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; related working experience is an added advantage.
• Able to use microscope.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machine to ensure minimum downtime.
• Work on preventive measures to eliminate unplanned downtime.
• Continuous improvement to reduce machine scraps and improve yield.
• Analyze machine rejection and propose solution.
• Inform quality team if rejection relates to incoming components.
• Support quality team to reply to customer feedback if any.
• Spare part inventory control; maintain min and max inventory and review if changes are needed.
• Work with vendors to develop new equipment when needed.
• Comply with environment, security, health & safety requirements.
