Job summary

Grand Millennium Technology in Malaysia is seeking an Associate Engineer / Engineer with hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will support overhaul, repair, and preventive maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure reliability and compliance with customer requirements.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, calibration, documentation, and collaboration with engineering, logistics and QA to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
• Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor tools, calibration, and measurement systems.
• Familiarity with international logistics, compliance, and documentation is an advantage.

Qualifications
