AAC Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Equipment Engineer to install, wire, set up, and commission production equipment including injection molding, assembly, cleaning, baking, and gluing machines in Kulai, Johor. You will perform fault troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, calibration, and acceptance, and establish monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance and calibration plans.

Training of operators within three months is required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment-related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Install, wire, set up, and commission production equipment including injection molding, assembly, cleaning, baking, and gluing machines.
• Perform daily fault troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, calibration, and acceptance; establish maintenance and calibration plans (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Train equipment operators and ensure full competency and certification within three months of onboarding.
• Enhance equipment efficiency and yield, reduce labor and maintenance costs, and minimize equipment downtime and losses.
• Ensure safe equipment operation in compliance with health and safety regulations; prepare, standardize, and archive equipment manuals, SOPs.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment-related roles, with solid knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic systems, injection molding, assembly, cleaning, baking processes, tooling/fixture design, and NPI development.

Skilled in equipment SOP preparation, asset management, equipment capability evaluation, cost control, safety/risk assessment, quality analysis, and the use of measurement tools and basic office software.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, planning, and execution skills, with the ability to learn non-standard equipment quickly, coordinate tasks responsibly, and train and evaluate equipment operators.
