AAC Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee end-to-end project quality management, ensuring product compliance and performance. The role focuses on proactive risk identification and preventive actions within a manufacturing environment.

You will monitor quality metrics, collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, and lead root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement and satisfy customers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in quality, mechanical, electrical or manufacturing field.
• 1–2 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with quality tools and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end project quality management to ensure product compliance and performance.
• Identify quality risks and drive preventive actions and continuous improvement.
• Monitor quality metrics (PPM, internal defects, customer complaints) and guide improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and support audits to enhance customer satisfaction.

Oversee end-to-end project quality management to ensure product compliance and performance.

Proactively identify quality risks, implement preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor and analyze quality metrics (PPM, internal defects, customer complaints) to achieve defined quality targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and support internal and external audits to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).

1–2 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, and MSA.

Skilled in handling customer complaints, PPM improvement projects, and problem-solving.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities; knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 is a plus.
