This hands-on role ensures equipment reliability and efficiency while assisting engineers on technical tasks. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, diagnostics, installation support, documentation, compliance with safety and quality standards, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering required.
• 1–2 years of electronics industry experience.
• Hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure performance and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions in collaboration with engineers.
• Assist in installation and setup of new equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment modifications.
• Ensure equipment and processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support to production teams to resolve equipment-related issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Adhere to procedures aligned with QMS, EMS, and OSH management systems/standards.

• 8. Complying to procedures that aligned with certification of QMS, EMS, and OSH Management Systems/ Standards.

Position Requirement

Experience : 1-2 years experience, in electronics industry
