Job summary

Eastfound Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Admin Executive (Equipment Department) in Pekan Nanas, Johor. You will support equipment maintenance planning, coordinate repairs, and manage spare parts procurement, while liaising with China and Malaysia teams.

You will verify part details, handle coding for new inventory items, and maintain technical documents. A diploma or degree is preferred, with strong Excel skills and bilingual communication in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holders, fresh graduates welcome.
• Mechanical understanding is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for supplier and internal communication.
• Good MS Excel skills for data entry and basic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Verify item names and codes with related departments and submit Purchasing Request for spare parts and assemblies.
• Handle applications for codes for new inventory items.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics/Freight teams in China and Malaysia on purchasing matters.
• Organize and archive technical documents and records for Equipment Department.
• Periodically audit and report stock levels of equipment spare parts and inventory.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
