• Manage, schedule and supervise the admin tasks.
• Adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods have documentation support.
• Ensure admin places spare parts in appropriate storage areas.
• Monitor and manage spare part inventory.
• Inform superior of stock issues (e.g., missing or extra items).
• Ensure received items and quantities match a purchase order.
• Inspect quality of incoming goods.
• Take charge of name plate production for completed turbo when necessary.
