Job summary

Pentas Flora Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Business Development Manager/Executive to grow new business in environmental and scheduled waste management. This role blends field sales and account management across automotive workshops, manufacturing plants, and industrial companies.

You will identify opportunities, conduct outdoor visits, promote waste management services, manage SME and corporate accounts, and work with logistics to coordinate schedules while aiming to hit

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
• B2B sales experience; FMCG key account management is a plus.
• Experience in oil & gas, industrial sales, or field sales is preferred.
• Sales Engineers / Fresh Grads are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales and frequent customer visits.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across automotive, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, including regular site visits and door-to-door prospecting within the assigned territory.
• Promote the company's scheduled waste management and used oil recovery services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.
• Manage both SME and corporate accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and service continuity.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to schedule waste collection.
• Manage customer documentation, including quotations, service agreements, invoices, and follow-ups.
• Monitor sales performance within the territory and achieve monthly sales targets.
