Job summary

PENTAS FLORA is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to drive new business in environmental and scheduled waste management services. The role blends field sales and account management across automotive, manufacturing and industrial sectors.

You will visit sites, build relationships, and close deals while coordinating with logistics and operations to ensure timely waste collection and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
• B2B sales, FMCG key account management, oil & gas, industrial or field sales experience preferred.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across automotive, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities including site visits and door-to-door prospecting within the assigned territory.
• Promote scheduled waste management and used oil recovery services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for waste collection schedules.
• Manage customer documentation including quotations, service agreements, invoices and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor sales performance and aim to achieve monthly sales targets.
