Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to expand market share in environmental technologies, with a focus on biogas and wastewater treatment markets. You will identify new opportunities, develop partnerships, and tailor solutions to client needs.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, mentor the team, and drive marketing and sales strategies to generate fresh leads while monitoring regulatory changes affecting strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Environmental Science.
• Strong sales and project management experience in environmental sectors.
• Knowledge of biogas and WWTP industries; palm oil mill experience is a plus.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Self-motivated with end-to-end project delivery ability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in biogas and wastewater markets.
• Develop clear business plans and partnerships to turn opportunities into projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients and tailor our solutions to their needs.
