Job summary

Siliconware Precision Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Environment, Health & Safety Senior Engineer to lead plant-wide safety and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements.

You will drive audits, monitor processes, and coordinate with authorities to maintain safe operations. The role demands a bachelor’s in EHS and at least 4 years of plant-based HSE experience, with proven internal and external auditing exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) related majors.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Health, Safety and Environment in plant working.
• Experienced in Internal and External audit.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and audit to verify compliance of each unit with specifications.
• Monitor measurement and ensure consistency between log records and on-site status.
• Confirm content of air/wastewater and other permits.
• Coordinate with competent authorities and ISO audits.
• Participate in performance evaluation contests such as Cleaner Production.
• Arrange waste removal, testing, disinfection and other related matters.
• Assist incident commanders and emergency response teams in emergency rescue.
• Participate in root cause investigation and analysis of environmental abnormalities and supervise implementation of corrective actions.
