Job summary

Kruvent Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic Safety & Health Executive to support occupational safety, health, and environmental compliance across site service operations and facilities. This entry-level role offers comprehensive guidance and training for fresh graduates eager to build a career in EHS.

You will assist in implementing OSH policies, conducting inspections, managing records, and supporting investigations, drills, and waste/chemical management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in OSH, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in industrial safety or waste handling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing OSH policies, inspections, PPE safety, and documentation.
• Assist in investigating accidents, near misses, and support drills.
• Assist in waste and chemical management and 7S activities.
• Log customer complaints, monitor service scheduling, and drive corrective actions.
• Help organize safety inductions and training plus admin tasks.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Safety & Health Executive to support occupational safety, health, and environmental compliance across our site service operations and facilities. This position is open to entry-level candidates and fresh graduates eager to build a career in EHS. Comprehensive guidance and training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing OSH policies, conducting safety inspections, monitoring PPE/machinery safety, and managing safety records, permits, and documentation

• Assist in investigating workplace accidents, near misses, and unsafe occurrences, as well as supporting emergency response drills and equipment upkeep

• Assist in scheduled waste management, chemical management, and driving company-wide 7S activities for a safe work environment

• Log customer complaints, monitor service scheduling, and record/analyze site service findings to drive corrective and preventive actions

• Help organize safety inductions and training while handling general administrative, safety, or scheduled waste tasks assigned by management

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

• Prior internship experience in industrial safety, manufacturing, site operations, or waste handling is an added advantage

• Competency in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM), Yellow/Blue Book eligibility, Site Safety Supervisor, ERT, or First Aid certifications are advantageous

• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work on-site

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical mind with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
