Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Laboratory & Operations Associate to support inventory control, production documentation, laboratory activities, and daily operational tasks. You will monitor stock levels, verify deliveries, assist with inspections, update reports, and help maintain laboratory equipment and records while collaborating with team.

Fresh graduates are welcome; basic Excel/Word skills, strong communication and organization are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, laboratory, or production environment is an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor raw material stock levels and maintain stock records.
• Verify incoming materials against delivery documents.
• Assist with incoming material inspections and laboratory testing activities.
• Perform raw material picking for production use.
• Update production reports and maintain production records.
• File and organize production and laboratory documents.
• Monitor laboratory equipment, records, and work areas.
• Follow up on quality-related issues and improvement activities.
• Prepare weekly reports and submit to the supervisor.
• Support production and operational activities as assigned by Management.
