Job summary

Pertubuhan Peduli Insan Malaysia is seeking a motivated Junior Meta Ads Executive to assist in planning, setting up, and managing Meta advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for candidates with basic knowledge of digital marketing who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to humanitarian marketing objectives.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals, monitor performance, and report metrics such as CTR, CPC, and CPA.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or up to 1 year of work experience encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and Meta Ads.
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to interpret campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA).
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage Meta Ads advertising campaigns.
• Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to maximise ROAS.
• Assist in planning marketing campaigns and audience targeting parameters.
• Prepare basic campaign performance reports for the marketing team.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads features, policies, algorithms, and trends.
