Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS or related fields, with 0–2 years’ experience in IT support or help desk. Familiarity with ITSM tools like Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and Jira is advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Availability to start work full-time in 2026.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support to ensure smooth operation of end-user devices, systems, and business applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues in a timely manner.
Support software license administration, user account provisioning, and IT asset management activities.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, including SOPs, inventory records, and knowledge articles.
Monitor IT systems, infrastructure, and security tools to ensure performance and compliance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations.
Assist in IT process improvement initiatives, reporting, and automation projects.
Liaise with external vendors for hardware, software, and IT-related services.
