Responsibilities

• Construct strategic business plans and identify new growth sources.
• Educate sellers on methods to increase traction on Shopee.
• Negotiate deals and curate SKUs for campaigns.
• Analyze sellers’ progress to drive transactions and revenue.
• Identify market gaps and manage pricing strategy.
• Secure exclusive partnerships for key campaigns.
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize seller visibility.
