Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly team member to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, following our recipes and presentation standards.

You'll greet customers, describe menu items, and recommend products while ensuring cleanliness and high service quality. Training is provided for non-barista candidates, and vaccination with at least 2 doses is required.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate required.
• Non-barista experience welcomed as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
