Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd in Ipoh invites applications for a cafe team member. You will prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, greet customers, describe menu items, and suggest products to customers. You will also handle payments, keep the workstation clean, and assist with stock organization.

We welcome non-barista applicants as training will be provided; vaccination is required; applicants should have a SPM or equivalent and good English and Bahasa Malaysia; own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Language.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
