Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking friendly cafe crew to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to recipe and presentation standards. You will greet customers, describe menu items, take payments, and maintain a clean workspace.

Vaccination, SPM qualification, and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia are required; non-barista applicants are welcome as training will be provided. Own transport is a plus.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate or equivalent.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista experience welcome as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer; describe menu items and recommend products.
• Receive and process customer payments; ensure high quality of service.
