Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring for a front-of-house role. You will prepare and serve beverages, greet customers, describe menu items, and recommend products to enhance guest experience.

The ideal candidate is English and Bahasa Malaysia proficient, has at least SPM, is vaccinated, energetic, with good interpersonal skills, and willing to learn. Training will be provided, and owning a transport is preferred to support shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Minimum Secondary School/SPM certificate.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills and energetic.
• Own transport preferred.
• Non-barista candidates welcome; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks to standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Manage stock arrangement.
• Greet customers and connect with them.
• Describe menu items and recommend products.
• Receive payments and ensure high service quality.
