Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring at our Malaysia location to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks including coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages according to our recipes and presentation standards. You will clean and sanitize work areas, manage stock, greet customers, describe menu items and recommend products, handle payments, and ensure top service quality.

Training will be provided for non-barista candidates.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
