Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring for a cafe associate to prepare beverages and provide excellent customer service in a on-site setting in Kajang. You will greet customers, describe menu items, and make recommendations while ensuring cleanliness and smooth operations.

The role welcomes non-barista candidates with training provided, and candidates should be comfortable with English and Bahasa Malaysia. Vaccination and a secondary education are required, with preference for those who have their own

Qualifications

Vaccination with at least 2 doses.
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
Prefer candidates with own transport.
Non-barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standards.
Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils and equipment.
Responsible for stock arrangement.
Greet and connect with every customer.
Describe menu items and service and recommend products to customers.
Receive and process customer payments.
Ensure high quality of service.
