Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is hiring for a cafe team member responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including coffee and tea, according to recipes and presentation standards. You will greet customers, describe menu items, and recommend products to ensure a memorable experience.

The role requires maintaining cleanliness, sanitizing work areas, handling payments, stocking supplies, and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista experience candidates are welcome as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
