Job summary

UPS is seeking a Solutions Development Manager to drive value for Enterprise accounts by identifying needs, developing strategies, and delivering UPS solutions across Freight, Supply Chain Solutions, and related services.

The role collaborates with Sales, SOLDI, and other internal teams to propose, customize, and implement solutions that improve customers’ bottom line and support growth. Willingness to travel domestically and overseas is required.

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business-related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry.
• Fluent communication in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Identifies customers’ objectives and business needs and observes processes to determine opportunities for improvement.
• Formulates enterprise account strategies with the Sales team and SOLDI group to align efforts and resources.
• Prepares customer proposals and presentations to demonstrate value and grow UPS’s business.
• Manages project lifecycles, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identifies and analyzes solution sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Generates large-scale revenue opportunities by linking UPS solutions to client needs.
