Job summary

ATG Nexus, a subsidiary of Ancom Nylex Berhad, is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to drive growth, expand the customer base, and lead the sales team. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 2+ years in sales/marketing/business development considered.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and grow accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of software solutions and enterprise technology.
• Experience with sales forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Promote IT solutions, software products and services to clients.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend technology solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and other sales docs.
• Follow up on leads, manage pipeline and support end-to-end sales process.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Monitor sales performance and produce regular sales and marketing reports.
