Job summary

ATG Nexus Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its sales and marketing team to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and promoting IT solutions to clients. The role involves leading client engagement, preparing proposals, and supporting end-to-end sales and marketing processes.

You will collaborate with internal teams, conduct market research, and participate in events to expand the customer base. A diploma or bachelor’s in related fields and 2+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant sales, marketing or business development experience preferred.
• Strong ability to identify new opportunities, manage strategic accounts and grow existing ones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Technology knowledge with interest in software solutions and enterprise technology.
• Strong sales forecasting, pipeline management and reporting using MS Office/AI tools.
• Experience selling IT/enterprise solutions in financial services, manufacturing, government, or large organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Promote IT solutions, software products and services to potential and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations and related documentation.
• Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline and support end-to-end process.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot industry trends.
