Job summary

iZeno Pte Ltd is seeking an accomplished presales professional to drive AI, low-code and automation solutions across Southeast Asia. You will own the technical strategy for opportunities, work with Sales as a partner, and lead discovery through demos, PoCs and proposals before transitioning to delivery.

You will work with platforms such as SugarCRM, Salesforce, monday.com, Mendix, Workato and MuleSoft, tailoring end-to-end solutions for mid-market to enterprise customers across Singapore,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales or solution consulting in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with at least one platform in AI, CRM, work management, low-code or integration and automation.
• Explain how CRM, ERP and customer portals exchange data and sketch integrations on a whiteboard.
• Confident in delivering live demos and workshops in English to business, IT and executive audiences.
• Commercial awareness, including scope, effort estimation, pricing inputs and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand customers' goals and integration needs.
• Design end-to-end solutions across AI-powered engagement, work management, low-code development, integration and automation.
• Deliver demos, PoCs and executive presentations proving business value.
• Own the technical and commercial content of proposals, RFPs and tenders.
• Coordinate with architects and delivery teams to align on scope and PoC outcomes.
• Track partners and build reusable presales assets; collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns.
