Job summary

iZeno, part of Logicalis Asia Pacific, seeks a seasoned presales professional to drive AI, low-code and automation opportunities across Southeast Asia. You’ll own the technical strategy for opportunities, partner with Sales, run discovery through demos and PoCs, and hand over to delivery with a clear scope.

You’ll work with platforms like SugarAI, monday.com, Mendix, Workato and others, tailoring solutions across AI-powered engagement, work management, and integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solution consulting, solution architecture or a similar customer-facing role in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with at least one platform in AI, CRM, work management, low-code or integration and automation.
• Practical technical understanding: explain how CRM, ERP and customer portal exchange data and sketch the integration on a whiteboard.
• Confidence running live demos and workshops in excellent English, for business, IT and executive audiences.
• Commercial awareness, including scope, effort estimation, pricing inputs and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand customers' business goals, processes, pain points and integration needs.
• Design end-to-end solutions across AI-powered engagement, work management, low-code development and integration.
• Design solutions using generative AI, intelligent workflows and automated customer engagement.
• Deliver compelling demos, PoCs and executive presentations that prove business value.
• Own the technical and commercial content of proposals, RFPs and tenders including architecture, scope, effort estimates, assumptions, risks and dependencies.
• Check feasibility and effort with architects, developers and delivery teams.
• Hand won opportunities to delivery with clear scope, commitments and PoC outcomes.
• Build reusable presales assets such as demo environments and reference architectures.
• Track emerging AI, low-code and automation technologies and assess new platforms and partners.
• Work with vendors, Sales and Marketing on joint solutions, campaigns, events and enablement across the region.
