iZeno Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a seasoned presales professional to own the technical strategy for opportunities in AI, low-code and automation. You will partner with Sales, lead discovery through demos, PoCs and proposals, and ensure smooth handover to delivery.

You’ll work with mid-market to enterprise customers across SEA, shaping our portfolio with vendors, campaigns, and enablement, and you’ll stay ahead of AI and automation trends while building reusable presales assets.

Qualifications

5+ years in presales, solution consulting, solution architecture or a similar customer-facing role in enterprise software or SaaS.
Hands-on experience with at least one platform in AI, CRM, work management, low-code or integration and automation.
Ability to explain data exchange between CRM/ERP and customer portal and sketch integration.
Confident in running live demos and workshops in English for business, IT and executive audiences.
Commercial awareness including scope, effort estimation, pricing inputs and risk.

Responsabilités

Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand customers’ business goals and integration needs.
Design end-to-end solutions across AI-powered engagement, work management, low-code development, integration and automation.
Deliver compelling demos, PoCs and executive presentations with architecture and scope details.
Ensure delivery alignment by handing won opportunities to delivery with clear scope and PoC outcomes.
