• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Qualify leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Follow up on enquiries, renewals and retention opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Update customer information and sales activities accurately in CRM.
• Deliver professional customer service and comply with company sales processes.
• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, retention and productivity targets.
