• Execute and establish long-range objectives and actions via consultative telesales.
• Establish a strong Digital Sales team capable of solution sales for SME.
• Identify opportunities with accounts and plan pipeline using SFDC CRM.
• Lead assigned leads to growth revenue for core connectivity and convergence solutions.
• Train and drive solution selling with Digital Telesales aligned to value propositions.
• Motivate and manage the Digital Telesales team performance.
• Oversee end-to-end Digital Sales planning and processes.
• Review information in SFDC and address challenges with action plans.
