Job summary

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the Digital Sales Channel for a SME-focused growth agenda. You will coach a telesales team, drive consultative sales pitches and transform the way we generate revenue through Converge and core connectivity solutions.

You will monitor performance via SFDC CRM, set long-range objectives, and collaborate across functions to meet revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer value and market leadership in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative telesales for SME segments.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to hit targets.
• Strong collaboration across functions to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Execute and establish long-range objectives with a consultative telesales approach.
• Build a strong Digital Sales team for SME conversations.
• Identify account opportunities with pipeline planning using SFDC CRM.
• Lead assigned leads to grow revenue for core connectivity and converged solutions.
• Train and drive solution selling with a digital telesales model.
• Motivate and manage overall Digital Telesales performance.
• Oversee end-to-end Digital Sales planning and processes.
• Monitor SFDC data and address challenges with action plans.
