Job summary

Qualifications
- Extensive technology leadership in financial services or large-scale digital environments.
- Strong background in microservices, cloud, mobile apps, and APIs.
- Familiarity with SRE, ITIL, high-availability architectures.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage tech portfolios.
- Eligibility: local citizens or Residence Pass‑Talent holders.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital platforms and apps.
- Ensure 24/7 platform operations and incident response.
- Establish Agile/DevOps practices across squads.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and resource allocation.
- Develop and mentor cross-functional teams.
