Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital banking, platform operations, or growth leadership.
• Strong understanding of non-retail banking products, services and functions.
• Well-versed with the banking industry and digital banking trends.
• Proven success in managing digital platforms and driving commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of mobile/web technologies, APIs, and digital marketing.
• Experience in regulated environments with a focus on customer-centric innovation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely commercialisation of OctoBiz MVP and deliver high availability, performance, and scalability of platforms.
• Lead incident and problem management, root cause analysis, and CX/NPS improvements.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure regulatory compliance of digital platforms.
• Drive new customer acquisition through digital onboarding and partnerships.
• Lead cross-sell initiatives via personalized journeys and data-driven insights.
• Develop and execute commercialization strategies for APIs and embedded finance use cases.
• Own digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Optimize campaigns for growth and product penetration.
• Leverage analytics to improve conversion/retention; publish KPI dashboards.
• Build and lead a high-performing team and engage with senior stakeholders in governance forums.
