Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a leading IT organisation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to hire a Product Manager. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise technology solutions, translating customer insights into scalable product capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or technology delivery.
Exposure to AI, analytics, enterprise software or digital platforms preferred.
Experience in technology companies, consulting, startups or enterprise environments advantageous.
Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end product lifecycle of enterprise technology solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to drive features from concept to release.
Translate customer insights into structured product requirements and user stories.
Maintain backlog prioritisation aligned with business impact and feasibility.
Contribute to product documentation, go-to-market support, and governance.
