Job summary
Morgan Philips Group seeks a strategic IT and Digital Transformation leader with direct Board exposure to define and execute the Group's IT and Digital Transformation strategy. You will own the IMS roadmap across technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, HRMS, CRM and automation to deliver measurable business value.
You will lead ERP, HRMS, CRM implementations and drive automation to lift productivity, standardise processes and strengthen decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in IT or related field; MBA an advantage
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, Azure, AWS preferred
- 12–15 years IT leadership, including enterprise IT/digital transformation
- Experience implementing ERP, HRMS, CRM and other enterprise systems
- Experience leading digital transformation programs
- Exposure to property development, shopping mall, construction or hospitality environments is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group IT and Digital Transformation strategy
- Own the IMS roadmap across technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, HRMS, CRM and automation
- Advise Senior Management and the Board on technology trends and investment priorities
- Prepare annual IMS plans, budgets and technology investment proposals
- Lead implementation and maintenance of HRMS, Payroll, Property Management, CRM and other enterprise systems
- Ensure systems are integrated to improve operational efficiency
- Coach and mentor the IMS team and drive an innovation culture
