Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced Data Analytics & Platform Manager to own the Group’s data ecosystem and lead a growing data team. The role combines technical authority with strategic guidance to shape data governance and enterprise value.

You will oversee the modernization of data practices, manage platform architecture, and drive data-driven decisions across multiple entities, reporting to IT leadership.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or BI with leadership of technical teams.
• Strong cloud data tooling knowledge including Fabric, Snowflake, Synapse or Databricks.
• Proven ability to design data models, pipelines, and governance for enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap to modernize the enterprise data platform.
• Lead and expand the data team including BI Developers, Data Engineers and Analysts.
• Oversee cloud data platforms and ensure data governance, quality, and architecture across business units.
• Communicate data strategies and roadmaps clearly to senior IT leadership.
