Job summary

EPAM Systems Malaysia is seeking a Data & Analytics Consulting Manager to bridge business needs with technology, delivering scalable data strategies, governance frameworks, and actionable insights for global clients.

You will partner with executive and delivery leaders to scale the practice, lead PoCs and MVPs, supervise cross‑functional teams, and ensure on-time, high‑quality delivery while expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions in a professional services or consulting context.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable data architectures and governance.
• Strong communication and leadership to align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value data opportunities and translate them into roadmaps.
• Lead strategy-to-execution through PoCs and MVPs.
• Oversee project lifecycles to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Design robust data governance, security standards, and assessments.
• Grow client relationships and drive pre-sales activities.
