Job summary

InfoConnect Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant (ECM / Data and AI) to drive pipeline in enterprise accounts across multiple industries. You will translate client challenges into validated technical proposals, POCs, and implementation roadmaps while coordinating with solution architects, engineers, and delivery leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales/solution consulting or technical sales in ECM or Data & AI.
• Ability to lead discovery conversations with enterprise clients and deliver demonstrations independently.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead strategic discovery and qualification conversations with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and translate them into solution proposals.
• Conduct ECM / Data & AI Maturity Assessments, Discovery Workshops, and Executive Briefings tailored to the client's industry.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for CXOs and business decision-makers.
• Work with the technical team to define Data & AI strategies, including data platform modernization and AI adoption roadmaps.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact demonstrations and presentations aligned to customer readiness and defined value hypotheses.
