Job summary

Soft Space is seeking an experienced Support Business Development role in Kuala Lumpur to enable higher-autonomy sales processes. You will support enterprise clients in banks, acquirers, PSPs, and large merchants, driving CRM hygiene, demo readiness, and structured reporting.

You will coordinate cross-functional handovers, improve commercial documentation quality, and mentor BD Executives to reduce rework and accelerate deals to go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting and early-stage qualification activities to improve lead quality and handover readiness for BD Managers.
• Maintain top-of-funnel velocity by structured outreach cadences and updated lead status, next steps, and signals.
• Own demo readiness end-to-end for priority opportunities, coordinating internal stakeholders and client-ready materials.
• Govern CRM and pipeline hygiene standards, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Produce reliable pipeline and activity reporting (monthly/quarterly) highlighting risks and follow-ups.
• Escalate day-to-day prospect and client coordination, ensuring timely responses and proper routing of issues.
• Drive cross-functional handovers from signed to live for high-complexity enterprise clients, resolve blockers, escalate risks.
• Prepare commercial documentation packs (NDAs/proposals/service agreements) with templates and version control.
• Drive continuous improvement of BD enablement processes and provide guidance to BD Executives.
